  2. Shipping Time: Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via the selected shipping method. Our standard shipping time is 5-10 business days. However, please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and the shipping carrier.

  3. Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping methods such as standard shipping, expedited shipping, and overnight shipping. Please note that the shipping cost and delivery time will vary depending on the selected shipping method.

  4. Shipping Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders that are delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

  5. Shipping Delays: Please note that shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, we will do our best to inform you and provide an estimated delivery date.

  6. International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States.

  7. Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your package and see the estimated delivery date.

  8. Refunds & Exchanges: The PeekaBoo Experience will inspect all items to make sure its in the original packaging with tags still attached. Items should not be used, broken, worn or torn. A refund will not be giving for HAIR Extensions, Wig units and Lashes.
